Feeding and Equipment Support

The Maasailand Baseball Academy Feeding Program helps keep the players in the field. Majority of our players come from humble backgrounds and during practice days we provide food for all the 50 participants every Saturday and 70 participants three times a week when schools are closed. This comprises our biggest recurrent expenditure.

Friends and enthusiasts have been very supportive in ensuring the programme has enough food, and equipment e.g. gloves, bats, balls, and other baseball gear.

We recognize the support we have received from a number of friends including Dr. Nelly Kanake of UK, Dr. Rev.Karla Cooper of USA, The Rotary club of Stockport Lamplighter U.K. through Dr Kezia Njoroge, The Rotary club of Ongata Rongai through president Santo Kyengo, Mr. Joe Ngure of USA, The friends of JICA community in Kenya, Mr. Bryan Minitti of USA, Brother Sean Granger of Michigan USA, Hayyim Escobar of USA and many more who have spared a dime to ensure the academy thrives in touching the lives through sports.
